This folder is where Phrazer looks for samples it cannot find explicitly. A Phrazer song file remembers where the samples are on your hard disk. If you move where the samples are, or bring your Phrazer song file to another machine, Phrazer cannot find the samples explicitly. In this case, Phrazer will look for the sample files by name within this 'Samples' folder.
You can have as many nested folders as you like, Phrazer will search all of them. You can use aliases to point to folders on other hard drives, as well.
